LadyRipple (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates ladyripple.xyz, including the Lady Rewards leaderboard and the LadySwap interface. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights as a visitor. By using our site you agree to the practices described here.
Information We Collect
We do not collect personal information such as your name, email address, or government ID. We operate a non-custodial, permissionless platform. The information we may process includes:
Wallet addresses — When you connect a wallet or make a purchase on-chain, your public wallet address is recorded as part of the Lady Rewards leaderboard. This is public blockchain data.
On-chain transaction data — Buy events (transaction hash, block timestamp, LRP amount) are indexed from the public LadyChain blockchain to power the leaderboard and reward calculations.
Usage data — Standard web server logs may record your IP address, browser type, referring URL, and pages visited. This data is not linked to your wallet address.
How We Use Your Information
Blockchain Data & Public Information
All on-chain transactions — including LRP purchases, wallet addresses, and reward claims — are recorded permanently on the LadyChain public blockchain. This data is visible to anyone and is outside of our control. Connecting your wallet to our site does not grant us access to your private keys or funds.
LadyRipple is non-custodial. We never hold, access, or control your tokens or private keys at any point.
Cookies & Tracking
We use minimal cookies necessary to operate the site (e.g. session state). We do not use advertising cookies, cross-site trackers, or fingerprinting technologies. We do not integrate Google Analytics or any third-party behavioural tracking tools.
Third-Party Services
Our site integrates with the following third-party services to function:
Used to read and submit on-chain transactions.
Public block explorer for transaction verification.
Enables wallet connections from mobile and third-party wallets. Subject to WalletConnect's own privacy policy.
Hosts our indexer backend. Server logs may be stored per Railway's data retention policy.
We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these third-party providers.
Data Retention
On-chain leaderboard and buy data is retained indefinitely in our indexer database to support historical reward lookups and claim verification. Server access logs are retained for a limited period for security purposes only.
Your Rights
Because we do not collect personal information linked to your identity, most data protection rights (such as the right to erasure) do not apply in the traditional sense. On-chain data is immutable by nature and cannot be deleted by us or anyone else.

Children's Privacy
LadyRipple is not directed at individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect information from minors. If you believe a minor has used our services, please contact us and we will take appropriate action.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
